Thailand assistance in presenting to the Thai Board of Investment (BOI) a request for subsidies and incentives as planned by the Thai government for foreign investment in chemicals-industrial sector. 

The client company is a leader in the production of fire-retardant paints: it assigned MDA the task of formulating a business plan and applying for incentives from the Thai government. The company, based in the province of Milan, produces fire-retardant paints used in constructions to decrease damage and risks associated with fires. To present a request for the incentives, the economic and financial structures of the new company had to be thoroughly planned, as well as all the costs and volumes of primary resources, the possibility of selling the paints within Thailand and all nearby markets as well as the disposal of all industrial by-products and refuse. MDA also coordinated the foundation of the company with a local partner in the country.
