Italy Counselling for restructuring of debt with short turnover and collection of capital debts for financing international growth of the client group.  

The client specialises in the design and construction of fiberglass products , for use in various sectors, from energy to Petrochemical industries, food industry, aqueducts and construction in harsh environments. The group, which is based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, has production facilities in Germany, Bulgaria and Macedonia. MDA formulated a tri-annual business plan with production investments in those countries and expansion of the commercial section. Plans were presented to banks for restructuring of the client's debt and for the collection of new capital to support commercial and industrial expansion. About 90% of the total income is from international business
