Italy Counselling for restructuring of debt with short turnover and collection of capital debts for commercial development in the USA, Eastern Europe, Asia and Turkey.

The client is a company specialised in the production of chairs based in north-east Italy which has expanded it's production from only chairs to all furniture and accessories for homes. MDA was called on to make a three-year business plan and a strategic plan for commercial and marketing expansion. In light of the proposed plan by MDA, local banks have guaranteed finances for the international expansion of the company as well as restructuring the companies debt, turning it from short-term turnover to medium and long-term turnover.
