Romania Grup Lemn is a Romanian company completely controlled by an Italian consortium. It produces parts and semi-finished products made of wood and pellets. 

The Italian controlling company tasked MDA to formulate a commercial expansion plan and an investement plan for the production site in Romania. As well as strategic value, the plan had the task of collecting debt capital to be used to develop the company. The plan was then presented to Italian national banks but also to Italian banks present within Romania. Finances were obtained both on revolving credit lines and on capital invested in production.
MDA's role was chiefly to coordinate the activity of banks in Milan with the Romanian branches of the same. The operation succeeded in obtaining finances in Romania without requiring interventions from the holding group in Italy.
